Refund policy
WARRANTY
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our products are covered by 1 year limited warranty, during that time we offer exchange if our product malfunctions as the result of any manufacturing defects. You may contact us for technical support.
Malfunction due to reasons other than manufacturing defects include using the product outside its specified operating environment, such as submerging into water or dew, prolonged exposure to very high temperature, or dropping from a high place. These will not be covered by this warranty.
Instructions to obtain service under this Warranty:
To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or in packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by UbiBot Australia.
Upon assessment, UbiBot Australia will offer a full refund, repair or replacement on most items.
In accordance with applicable law, UbiBot Australia may require that you furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service.
It is your responsibility to backup any data, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the product. It is likely that such data, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service and UbiBot Australia will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
RETURNS
If you are a non-business (in other words: consumer) customer and for any reason you’re not happy with a purchase that you made from UbiBot Australia, you can return it to us within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. We will provide a full refund of the price you paid for the product less any shipping costs. Please note that UbiBot Australia does not reimburse shipping charges unless the return is as a result of a defect in quality.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened and including instruction manuals and all accessories. The item must be delivered to the address specified by UbiBot Australia.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
