Shipping policy
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim that all orders placed by 5PM (17:00) AET will be shipped by the next business day for items in stock. We use a combination of couriers and Australia Post to ensure your orders are delivered on-time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with any tracking information available.
After dispatch, please allow 2 - 5 business days for Metro areas (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra) and 5 - 7 business days for WA, TAS & Rest of Australia for your goods to be delivered.
Note: orders are only dispatched on working days from Monday to Friday and this does not include public holidays.
If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by e-mail at sales@ubibot.com.au.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from UbiBot Australia containing your tracking code. Once you have your consignment tracking number, you can track your parcel by using the link on your shipping confirmation email or entering the consignment number into our delivery partners order tracking website. Please allow 24 hours for your parcel to register the consignment tracking number against your order, before attempting to track your parcel.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are shown at the checkout. The shipping fee depends on a combination of the shipping type (Standard or Express) and the total amount of your order. For orders of 150 AUD (inc. GST) or less, we charge a shipping fee equal to the actual shipping fee the postal carrier charges. For orders over 150 AUD (inc. GST) we don't charge a shipping fee (excluding a small additional cost if Express delivery is selected).
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If any goods arrive damaged, please take photos and email us at sales@ubibot.com.au as soon as possible. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. In most cases, we will refund damaged goods or we can reship extra with your next order.
GOODS LOST IN TRANSIT
On rare occasions parcels do get lost in transit. While we are not responsible for any lost parcels, we want to ensure you receive the products that you ordered. If you believe your package has been lost, please first review your tracking information and let us know at sales@ubibot.com.au. It is the customers responsibility to contact the courier for further information about delivery, as often the package may be held for you at your local post office, may have been left with a neighbour or left in a secure place for you.
If your order really is lost, we will contact the postal operator to request an investigation into the whereabouts of your order. Postal operators typically request up to 21 days to find lost parcels after the last update on the tracking was made.
SHIPPING ADDRESS PROBLEMS
It is your responsibility to make sure that you enter the shipping address correctly. UbitBot Australia cannot accept responsibility if a package is shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We only follow the shipping information based on what you have provided us upon placing your order. We are not liable for lost, held or mis-delivery errors, due to incorrect shipping addresses.
